Belleza — Terms of Service

Last updated: Oct 8, 2026

1. About these terms

These terms set out the agreement between you and us when you use our website or buy from us. Please read them before you order.

Belleza is a trading name of Agustus Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17069635, whose registered office is at 54 Sutcliffe Street, Bolton BL1 8EU. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Agustus Limited, and "you" means the person using our website or placing an order.

You can contact us at Belleza.fromwithin@gmail.com. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday.

We sell to customers in the United Kingdom only.

By using our website or placing an order, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

These terms should be read alongside our Refund and Returns Policy and our Privacy Policy, which form part of your agreement with us.

2. Using our website

Our website and products are intended for adults. You must be 18 or over to place an order.

You may use our website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

•         use it for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it;

•         copy, scrape or systematically extract content from it;

•         attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or introduce anything malicious;

•         place an order using false details, or on behalf of someone else without their permission.

We may suspend or withdraw access to our website at any time, including for maintenance. We will try to give notice where we reasonably can, but we are not able to guarantee that the website will always be available.

3. Our products and the information we give you

It is a food supplement, not a medicine

Belleza Beauty Collagen is a food supplement. It is not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Nothing we publish is medical advice

The information on our website, in our emails and on our social media is general information only. It is not medical, nutritional or health advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medication, or have a medical condition, please speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this or any supplement.

Please read the label

Belleza Beauty Collagen contains fish and contains sweeteners. It is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

It contains biotin at a high level, which is known to interfere with the results of some blood tests. Tell your doctor or nurse that you take this supplement before any blood test.

It contains vitamin A. If you are pregnant or may become pregnant, speak to your doctor before taking supplements containing vitamin A.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving of 25 ml. Keep out of reach of young children.

The full ingredients list, nutritional information and allergen information is on the product page and on the bottle. It is your responsibility to read it before use. If you are in any doubt, do not take the product and contact us.

Product descriptions and images

We take care to describe our products accurately, and we only make claims about nutrients that are authorised under UK law.

Packaging, labelling and formulation may change from time to time, so the label on the bottle you receive is the authoritative version. Product images are for illustration, and colours may appear differently on different screens.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, it is included in the price shown.

Delivery charges are shown separately before you confirm your order. The total you will pay is displayed at checkout before you commit.

We may change our prices at any time, but a change will never affect an order we have already accepted.

If a price is wrong

We try to make sure every price is correct. Very occasionally a product may be listed at the wrong price, for example because of a typing or system error.

If the correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price. You are free to say no, and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

Where a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even if we have sent you an order acknowledgement.

5. How your order is accepted

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Our website will send you an email acknowledging that we have received it.

That acknowledgement is not acceptance of your order. A contract between us comes into existence only when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will tell you and will not charge you. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of an error in the price or description, because we suspect fraud, because you are under 18, or because we are not able to deliver to your address.

We may also limit the number of bottles any one customer can order, particularly while stock is limited. If we do, we will say so on the product page.

6. Pre-orders

Some products are offered on pre-order before stock is available.

Our first batch of Belleza Beauty Collagen is produced in Sweden and is limited to 128 bottles. Estimated dispatch is the week commencing 5 January 2027. By placing a pre-order you agree to this dispatch date.

We take payment at checkout when you place a pre-order.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it is dispatched and we will refund you in full, including any delivery charge. Just email us.

If we cannot dispatch by the estimated date, we will email you with a new date. You may then either wait or cancel for a full refund. If we are unable to supply the product at all, we will refund you in full without you having to ask.

Your separate statutory right to cancel is explained in our Refund and Returns Policy, and runs from the day your order is delivered.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

Unless we have agreed a specific date with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of the contract being formed. For pre-orders, the date in section 6 applies instead.

If no one is available at your address, the carrier will follow its own process, which may include leaving your order in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point.

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Once it has been delivered to the address you gave us, responsibility for it passes to you.

If your order does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please see our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Your cancellation and refund rights are set out in full in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

In summary, you have two separate rights:

•         a 14-day right to cancel if you change your mind, which applies to bottles whose seal has not been broken; and

•         a 30-day right to reject if the product is faulty, damaged or not as described, which applies whether or not the bottle has been opened.

Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

9. Your account

You do not need an account to order, but you may create one.

If you do, please give accurate details and keep them up to date, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has gained access to it.

We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached, or that it is being used fraudulently.

10. Content, reviews and intellectual property

Our content

The Belleza name and logo, and the text, photographs, graphics and design of our website, belong to us or are used by us under licence. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Reviews and anything you send us

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that it is your own, that it is honest, and that it is based on your own genuine experience of the product.

You must not submit a review in exchange for payment or any other incentive without telling us, and you must not submit a review of a product you have not received. We do not write, commission or incentivise reviews, and we do not remove a review simply because it is critical.

We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or that we reasonably believe is not genuine.

By submitting content you give us permission to use it on our website, in our emails and on our social media, with attribution to your first name or the name you gave us. You can ask us to stop using it at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it within a reasonable period.

11. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen at the time the contract was made.

What we never exclude

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes our liability for:

•         death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors;

•         fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

•         breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products which are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose; and

•         defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.

Business losses

We supply our products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial or business purpose, we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, fire, flood, strikes, carrier failure, failure of public or private telecommunications networks, or interruption to manufacture or supply.

If such an event happens, we will contact you as soon as we can and will take reasonable steps to limit the delay. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and we will refund you in full for anything you have paid for and not received.

13. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time, for example to reflect a change in the law or in how we operate. The version published on our website when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

We may also change our products, for instance to reflect a change in applicable law or a minor improvement to the formulation. If a change would materially affect a product you have ordered but not yet received, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

14. Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, please email Belleza.fromwithin@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within one working day and aim to resolve it within 14 days.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled it, you can get free independent advice from the Citizens Advice consumer service on 0808 223 1133, or at citizensadvice.org.uk.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts.

16. General terms

If a term is unenforceable, the rest of these terms continue to apply.

Delay is not waiver. If we do not insist that you do something you are required to do, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of a breach, that does not mean we have given up our right to do so later.

Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation, and we will tell you in writing if we do. You may transfer your rights to someone else only with our written agreement.

Third parties. This contract is between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce any of its terms, and the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 does not apply.
